    Eleventh Annual Commies, Gangsters, Goons, Radicals, Rakes and Robber Barons: The Labor Heritage of Union Square 10:30 AM


    Discover all the stuff that made the American labor movement great between 1880 and 1960. Relive the heady days of marches, protests, rallies, sweatshops, strikes, scabs, and violence in Labor's golden years. Samuel Gompers of the American Federation of Labor will be here in spirit.

    Meeting Place: In front of the George Washington Statue inside Union Square Park, cross Streets are Broadway and 14th Street

    The walks are 90 minutes in duration and less than a mile in length.

    Fee: For Friends of Labor or union members $15 by credit card or $15 cash.

    RSVP please even if you plan to pay cash.
